Refund Policy

  • By Client: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of that session, and it will be counted as completed.

  • By Coach: In the rare event that the Coach needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If a session cannot be rescheduled, a refund for that individual session will be issued.

  • No Refunds: Due to the intense preparation and reserved time commitment, no refunds will be issued for partially completed coaching packages. Once you have started the program, you are committed to the full package price.
